Product Return Policy:
Golden Bright Co., Ltd. offers only the finest products available. All products are carefully chosen for quality and workmanship. If there is a problem or a concern with your order, please contact us immediately.

Returns must occur within 7 days of your shipment receipt. Product must be unused. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses.

Note: For overseas orders, we suggest not to order liquid stuffs such as oils and fragrances. The Taiwan government post system has strong rules for delivering liquid materials.

To return your order, please contact us at Return productmail: d102003@ms14.hinet.net to get the return address. We are going to have an Amercian assistance in Chicago. The lady will help to handle any return orders. Once you have a return instruction, return your product like this:

* Place the original invoice (or a copy) inside the shipping box
* Clearly PRINT the return invoice/order number on your shipping box
* Ship the box to our Product Return Address, which will be given accordingly. (It depends on where you are. If you are in U.S., we will give you an address in Chicago. If you are in Asia, it will return to Taiwan office.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped by using Taiwan Government Post system. There are three methods to ship - EMS, AIR parcel, and ocean.
EMS: it is a to door service. Delivery time to American, European countries, New Zealand and Australia will be around 5 days.
Air parcel: it is a to door service. Delivery time to American, European countries, New Zealand and Australia will be around 15 days. Expanse is cheaper than EMS.
By Sea: it is a to door service and the cheapest way. Delivery time to American, European countries, New Zealand and Australia will be around 30 days.
To shop at our shopping cart, all shipping charge will be shown during the check out processes. Customers can choose whatever available and convenience shipping methods to them.

The way to count shipping freight for U.S.A. The below shipping rate is for reference only. The exactly shipping charge subjects to Taiwan Government Post system.
EMS will take about 5 -7 days to arrive, Air parcel will take about 15 days to arrive, and Ocean will take about 30 days to arrive.
The shipping freight subjects to the total weight of parcel.
The average of a single cave mold weigh: 0.3 kgs = 0.7 lbs
1 KG (kilograms) = 2.2 lbs

EMS: Basic charge is USD22.50 / one kg.
Each 0.5 kg has to add USD4.50.
For example: 2 kgs parcel will charge -->>> USD22.50 + (2 * 4.50)= USD31.50.

Air parcel: Basic charge is USD12 / one kg.
Each 0.5 kg has to add USD5.00.
For example: 2 kgs parcel will charge -->>> USD12.00 + (2 * 5.00)= USD22.00

Sea: Basic charge is USD8 / one kg.
Each 0.5 kg has to add USD3.50.
For example: 2 kgs parcel will charge -->>> USD8.00 + (2 * 3.50)= USD15.00.
